Brandwatch has an integration with Salesforce’s Service Cloud in which businesses can create cases and contact records from direct message conversations in their social media channels, and escalate these to the Service Cloud for an effective and efficient multichannel customer service.
With Engage’s Salesforce Integration, handover the support issues raised via your social channels to Service Cloud and view the previous cases and contact records of the social profiles to respond to them better.
