Europe’s leading social media monitoring company, Brandwatch, has opened a New York office.
With their UK operation having doubled in the last 8 months and offices already opened in Germany and Brazil, opening of the North American office sees Brandwatch square up to Salesforce owned Canadian rival Radian 6, sold earlier this year for $340m.
Brandwatch has always had a strong US customer base and currently serves over 300 media agencies, research companies and direct clients worldwide. The company supplies social media monitoring and analytics to some of the world’s biggest media agencies and brands.
Existing clients outside of the new New York office include some of the most important international car manufacturers and worldwide media agencies like Mediacom as well as the largest international technology and games companies including Xerox and EA.
